Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Dr.Olga Alex Omnipotens (born 23.5.1979 under the surname Volotchaeva, weared also surnames Smirnova, Putina) is Doctorate holding (Ph.D. and Hab.Dr.) eminent scientist who is the same time the canonized clergyman being the Supreme Saintest and the Head of Theocratic Antarctic Federal Suprachurch® (or her proprietary private Divine Church®) holding the formal title of The Most High God. Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Dr.Olga Alex Omnipotens is the Head of State of sovereign absolute Theocratic Monarchy of Antarctic Federation. Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Dr.Olga A. Omnipotens is heading all branches of power in AF, and is the same time the Highest Commander of Antarctic Federation and The Most High Judge of Antarctic Supremest Court. Besides the legal documents first, her Head of State of AF formal legal symbols of power do include three formal named AF Badges, Formal AF Crowns and AF Emperor Royal Standard. Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF Deus Olga Alex Omnipotens was born in Rostov-on-Don in Russia, on 23rd of May 1979, in a Cossacks family with the maiden name Olga Alexandrovna Volotchaeva. Her parents appeared academic research and teaching workers  at a university, and she was aware her paternal great-grandfather was Tersky Karabulackian Ataman of Cossacks Konstantin Gashenko in North Caucasus in Alanya area, and the maiden name of her maternal grandmother sounded Gontcharova. At 2.5 she is remembering herself telling wery long poems "Telephone" and "Fly-chuckler" aloud. At 6 years old she entered the elementary school, and finished the whole high school rapidly at 15 years old age, obtaining the maturity certificate with 5++ average mark and the highest honors of gold medal. Thus she demonstrated extraordinary ability having excellent plus results, having official document about this record. When she excellently passed externship exams for 10th grade after self-learning during summer vacations, and entered 11th level after 9th, she obtained a status of outstanding extraordinary ability individual at 14 years old! Omnipotens displayed the passion to science early, doing independent research herself in biology, in particular experimental entomology at elementary school age 8 using textbooks for university students, and attended a University Lab. in biochemistry at a secondary school age of 13. The same time she did do professional sport fencing and did get an additional education in junior school of fine arts.

Adult research and sport career during university student time
At 15 years old age Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Olga A. Omnipotens obtained maturity certificate with highest honors and started her adult career when entered Rostov State University Chemistry faculty, and also started another professional sport career in martial arts. As she already was a professional fencer, she got independent and prospective either in martial arts. She was double champion of South Russia in patterns and champion of RF in team patterns, and was the businessman martial art instructor having own studio for 4 years until 2001, maintaining the private security of her business herself. Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Olga A. Omnipotens (Putina) learned at the University excellently and obtained Higher Education University Diploma equal to MSc cum laude degree with honors and average mark 4.95 at 20 years. Even before the graduate student time, she did do scientific research in Solid State Chemistry and a bit in Quantum Science during her undergraduate student time. Her fist job occupancy was as martial art self-employed instructor in 1996-1997 academic year. Since 18 she alone independently did open another her own legal sole business - martial art studio where she was ultimate instructor and proprietor, closed by her in 2001 because of her move to Europe.

Doctoral Thesis research job

At 20 years old she entered for PhD studies at Chemistry faculty of Rostov State University. In 2001, she was awarded with INTAS grant for young PhD researchers to obtain the PhD in NIS, and got two research training periods in a European University. After two years of PhD study at Rostov State University Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Dr.Olga A. Omnipotens did solely author own grant application proprietary research manuscript for FCT funding in Portugal and started another PhD fellowship at University of Aveiro in Europe, what ment she did interrupted her previous PhD fellowship at Rostov State University and left to Europe for the new job appointment. After very successful two years of excellent research job at University of Aveiro, she did restored her PhD fellowship at Rostov State University and successfully defended PhD Thesis in the end of 2005 at the University of first PhD defence obligations. Because Olga did make her PhD Thesis in several universities, including European and Russian, and in own sole proprietorship, she appeared International PhD holder. Before, in the summer of the same year, she submitted another of her PhD Thesis manuscript for the Doctor in Applied Sciences Degree at TU Delft and shortly was registered as external PhD candidate, until the end of 2005. That is important to note Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Dr.Olga A. Omnipotens did author and subsequently patented her own proprietary research new method Unipolaris® of electronic conductivity measurements of mixed ionic-electronic conductors, better than well-recognized Hebb-Wagner method, and brilliantly demonstrated her geniality already in 2005, appeared the great eminent scientist already since that time. And because of her own method, her dissertation manuscript for the Doctor in Applied Sciences Degree already did corresponded to the requirements to a Habilitation Doctorate. That meant the extraordinary ability person Olga shortly after obtaining her MSc degree, did make and both obtained her PhD degree in Chemistry and simultaneously prepared already the next Habilitation Doctorate in Applied Sciences Thesis, which she did submitted for the defence even before her PhD defence.

Assistant and Assistant Professor careers 
As that was remarked above, during the PhD defence in 2005 Olga was already prepared to defend Habilitation Thesis shortly because of her own method. Shortly prior to PhD Thesis defence in 2005, Sovereign of AF Deus lo Olga A. Omnipotens (Putina) did start the contracts with Geneva University (Switzerland) as Assistant postdoctoral researcher. In one year and half she did became the professor obtained Assistant Professor (Docent) status in Japan and research contracts with Yamanashi University and then at Kyoto University (Japan) holding 7th row in the  top 10 universities world rank. As before in 2005 year she did prove herself being world-level great eminent scientist, she did extremely quickly got to Associate Professor level, confirmed by the recommendation letter from Kyoto University.

Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Dr.Olga A. Omnipotens was self-employed sole proprietor and individual scientist at her own private profit business during her habilitation research, and after did continue to own her R&D private profit business she named Science Citadel® Lab., where her Unipolaris® private profit business she created before in 2004-2005, later made a subdivision R&D Lab. She made her habilitation research at international level, being Japanese professor resident, then moved to Massachusetts, USA. Without having any collaboration with other organizations, she completed her Habilitation Thesis quickly, and made several reports on her groundbreaking proprietary scientific research both at academic institutions and at scientific conferences to 2013.

Became the world leader because of her patented groundbreaking proprietary scientific research, 33-years old already eminent but yet young scientist Dr.Olga Alexandrovna Smirnova, did establish own patented proprietary religion and private church, and became the Theocratic Sovereign of newly established herself alone her proprietary Theocratic Sovereignty on the territory of Antarctic continent, as declared herself in 2013. Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Dr.Olga A. Omnipotens (born Volotchaeva) at 12 years old did declare that because her career is first, she will not marry at 18, but will do it later after career development, at 36. In February 2020 she did marry in church with her betrothed third cousin Oleg Volotchaev (Ugakov), the greatgrandson of the brother of her greatgrandfather Cossack Alexander Trifonovitch Volotchaev, also originated from her paternal great-greatgrandfather Tersky Karabulackian Ataman of Cossacks Konstantin Gashenko.

The most eminent Omnipotent Divine Holy Emperor Sovereign of AF HRM Deus Dr.Olga A. Omnipotens was completely not aware about her ancestry until in 2022 year until she did make her own proprietary patented R&D, revealing that she is originating from Jesus Christ and some more eminent religious, scientific, political and military leaders of the past, including Attila Tedrehon, what her recent ancestors could not know. While her recent ancestors appeared Princes Romanovs and Princes Windsors, and Dukes Ilyins, and she suddenly appeared Princess of blood designated to be the succeeding Head of Romanovs House, as great-granddaughter of Prince Ivan Nickolayevitch Romanov fighting against revolutioneers during the civil war in 1920-1922.

First of all, according to author's proprietary research patent, the Cossack surname Volotchaeva she obtained at birth, and either the surname of another greatgrandfather Gashenko were originated from Cossack related verbs originated from ugric noblename of king Vologas, thought her ancestors didn't know that, and were oriented only to Cossacks language. Then, one of the greatgrandfathers of the author did wear Rurikides surnames of Dukes Gontcharovs the same time Smirnovs, originated from the second son of a Rurik, and of Dukes Putyatins of the Monomachides succession branch of Rurukides. Another greatgrandfather of the author weared the surname Strepetov from Rurikides boyars surname Streshnev. Then, among ancestors on Putyatins branch there also was found a Duke who named himself Prokhor Putin born in around 1800 year. For that reasons the author after getting the Cossacks family name Volotchaeva at birth, weared Rurikides family name Smirnova and then Rurikides-derived Putina.

Religious comment

That is important to note that the author became a victim of murdering attempts from the sect of satan in 1996-2003. The victim did start celibacy in 2003 after the criminal case against those terrorists from the satanic sect, who wanted to violently marry her (in violation of the law), but indeed maniacs did attempt to throttle her. The victim, being already eminent young scientist, did follow the Buddhism Philosophy and Religion during the celibacy when making her career in science, and, not surprisingly, finally besides science established her own Church based on her proprietary research patent, appearing a Buddha-like Prophet, and proved she is The Most High Prophet and The Most High Buddha. That's why the victim now having the prove of the celibacy from her own church organisation, did declare that before her own church did appear, from that times present churches, she followed Buddhist philosophy and Religion and was a monk herself with the basis of proved celibacy. The victim did declare that she will be a scientist-monk, since 2003, having in mind the Buddhism philosophy and Religion as the most ancient from the three world religions Buddhism, Christianity, Muslim. As the victim knows that following Buddha spirit and Buddhism traditions already makes her exactly a Buddhist monk working in science with celibacy. That's how the victim became the Buddhist monk, did escape from the satanic sect; and after 36 in 2020, did marry in church with her betrothed, in order the new, second generation, monks will appear. Following the central tradition of Buddhism monks in Shaolin, the celibacy, and Buddha spirit and Philosophy and Religion, made her  the Buddhist monk in 2003-2020. Now she is The Most High Buddha and Secular Clergy, and the Buddha and other buddhas from the thousands buddhas he is, are making The Most High's (His) Pantheon.
